Either Google are losing their touch or they are removing that domain. Why?

I'd tell you but I don't trust you.
It’s completely pwned by hackers. Look at the source of the page, it is full of ringtone ads. When google notices it they block you from the listings. You should contact the owner and tell them to get goign cleaning up the mess if you know them.
