I see no images on the BBC, numerous sites are very very slow…. both US-based and UK-based, errors showing on lots of webpages. Odd.

Mark your not on your own in noticing this. Today has been the worse day yet. Lot of folk i know on line are reporting the same!
No issue here.
There’ve been a lot of network issues today. My server went down, as did one other at my host (in totally different countries/datacentres), and I’ve had trouble with some sites too.
Must be a bottleneck somewhere along the line.
