If you want to email play.com they hide that information. For a web-based company they are trying to follow Amazon in having as little contact information as possible. Their phone number may be useful but you have no record of any contact – and you need a record. The email address you need for play.com is customercare@play.com and you’d be surprised just how many people seem to be looking for that email. Might it be to do with undelivered items? Mine was.
Thank you for your email.
Due to the nature of your query please allow up to 2 working days for a response.
We have given your query ticket number XXXXXXX
Please quote this number in any future correspondence in this matter.
Kind Regards
Play.
Note: This was an autorespond message. Play.com have no clue what the ‘nature of my query’ is. And they value customers enough to make them wait for 2 days. This is after you have given them your money. Order from them again? I’d rather chew slugs.
