Ecclestone – racist by action.
Ecclestone described the supporters’ actions as “a joke” and told BBC Radio 5 Live: “I don’t think it has anything to do with racism.”
But Hamilton responded by saying: “I didn’t see it as a joke.” BBC
If someone says they are being bullied then you cannot dismiss it because you are not feeling what they are.
If someone says “It hurts” then it hurts. You cannot tell them it does not.
So if someone feels upset, intimidated, angry then you must accept that and act accordingly. And if someone says that and is in a situation you can never be in – such as because of the colour of their skin – then to make light of it is to be ignorant at best and probably racist yourself.

Ken v Max
Ken says he’s fit for the job. Mayor of London Ken Livingstone has dismissed claims that revelations that he has five children by three different women will affect his mayoral campaign. BBC

Max Mosley has been described by the News of the World as indulging in a five-hour orgy and performing sado-masochist acts with five women. That’s the kind of hospitality you won’t see in an F1 motorhome…

I’d love to see Ken win because I totally agree with him (though Boris would be really funny). And I’d love to see Max go – but I bet Ferrari support him and because of that he stays. Max is the hypocrite here.
