Jet lag

Flew through 11 timezones to get to Hawaii for the Akismet team meetup. Obviously flew back through the same 11 timezones. And here I am a week later still feeling like crap. Constant headache, constant tiredness, sleep is frequent and poor, feel sick, cannot concentrate. I have rehydrated after the flight and still drink plenty (of water), eating is as it was. But nothing works so far. According to wikipedia it can take a day per timezone to feel better so I’ve 4 days at least to go. I didn’t feel this bad after going to Japan but I did feel ill after the last San Francisco trip. One thing for sure – I will never go Hawaii again.
