The pertinent point:

“The Colorado law bans statements “tending to blacken the memory of one who is dead” or that “impeach the honesty, integrity, virtue, or reputation or expose the natural defects of one who is alive.”

This also seems at odds with the US Constitution and what is says about Freedom of Expression.
So if you blog about someone in less than loving terms who lives in Colorado, or they live there and say anything other than wonderful things about you then the law can intervene.
If someone really wants some fun, file charges against every politician there – they lie professionally.
