To be fair, I should point out (and I&#039;m in no way connected with either party involved) that the witches didn&#039;t try to extort any money from Hammerson. They turned down an offer to sell the name. They were trying to protect what they consider to be their heritage. And the epilogue is that the United Nations WIPO agreed with them! Incidentally, in English law, you can call yourself what you want. There&#039;s no reason why that can&#039;t be her real name. Having said that, I&#039;ll keep my opinion of that particular name to myself!</description>
