I feel like crap. Didn’t feel great yesterday so no gym and still feeling bad this morning I figured that a workout would do the trick. Wrong. Got to just past 3000m on the rower and felt so crap I stopped. Completed bicep/tricep stuff, tried the treadmill then gave up. Not good. The only bonus is that by doing 3km, my overall total stands at 105km.
Anyway ……. good weather for the 3rd day meant the grass was dry enough to tackle again. We had frogs in there when I started but now it is positively cleanshaven. And I feel even worse. Bleurgh.
