Yes, I know all the stuff that can be chucked at things like these, but they remain useful indicators. So when I have a BMI of just over 26, I’m listening. I need to lose 10lbs to get inside the ‘healthy’ range – that’s stupid really as you can have a perfect BMI but still be unfit – and lose that weight I will. Lardass ? Nope, not me.
